Updating your resume can feel like a very daunting task, kind of like cleaning out your closet after a long time.  Where do you even begin?  What do you keep? 

I always tell my candidates just focus on the names and numbers. Keep it cute and simple.

Here I am referencing too many job offers, but clearly, this stands in many areas of our lives. Too much candy (a delicious thing), can lead to cavities (a bad thing). The job hunt is no different, ESPECIALLY in the market that we are in today.
